1. Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, that is fine — close the tab. Nothing is required of you and there is nothing to cancel.

2. What this site is

Moonpick & Marrow is a fictional shop built as a portfolio and design sample. The brand name, the founders, the studio history, the products, the prices, the email address, and the phone number are invented for the purposes of the design. Any resemblance to an actual gift shop is coincidental.

3. Products & prices

• Product descriptions are written to be realistic and specific, but the items described cannot be purchased.
• Prices shown in US dollars are sample figures chosen to make the layout behave like a real store. They are not quotations, and they are not based on any real supplier's cost.
• Photographs are original images generated for this demo. They illustrate a style of packaging; they are not photographs of a specific product you would receive.
• Any mention of ingredients, materials, or allergens is sample copy. Do not rely on it — product labels in a real shop are the authoritative source.

4. No orders, no payments

This site has no checkout, no cart that accepts payment, and no order-processing system. Specifically:

• The "Your box" list is a convenience stored in your own browser. It does not reserve inventory, create an order, or trigger any email.
• No payment method is accepted or requested anywhere on the site.
• The contact form validates text in your browser and then offers you a prefilled email link. It does not submit anything to a server, and no confirmation message you see on screen should be read as proof that a message was delivered.

5. Acceptable use

You are welcome to browse, share a link, and study the code. Please do not:

• Present this site, its brand, or its contact details as a real business you can transact with.
• Copy the brand name, copy, or images into a storefront that sells real goods while implying this shop made or endorses them.
• Attempt to break, scrape at volume, or otherwise interfere with the site or the hosting it sits on.

6. Content & ownership

The text, layout, stylesheet, JavaScript, and generated photography in this project were created for this demo. No third-party logos, fonts from external services, or copyrighted store copy were used. If you would like to reuse the structure for your own project, replace the brand name, copy, and imagery with your own work.

7. No warranties

The site is provided "as is." We make no promise that it is error-free, available at any particular time, or suitable for any purpose. Because nothing is sold here, there are no product warranties, no satisfaction guarantees, and no return rights arising from this site. Nothing in these terms attempts to limit rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

8. Governing law & contact

Since this is a demo rather than a business, no jurisdiction is claimed and no dispute-resolution process exists. If you need to raise something about the site, email moonpick.marrow.gifts@gmail.com. That address is a sample; we cannot confirm it is monitored.
